With over a decade of experience in small to medium fast-growth tech startups, our founder, Mark Guzman, established Zirve after recognizing a unique demand for his expertise. Former co-workers and executives, impressed by his skills and leadership in previous roles, frequently reached out for his help when they transitioned to new companies. Their trust and consistent requests inspired Mark to build a consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses optimize their revenue operations, leveraging his proven track record of solving complex challenges and driving results across organizations.
Our consulting firm's team, consisting of developers and admins who also possess over a decade of experience, is well-known for being efficient, fast, and thorough in completing projects. We pride ourselves in the fact that we don’t blindly follow directions and do the bare minimum, as our competitors may do, but we throughly analyze requirements to suggest better alternatives where appropriate, resulting in a lean, scalable, and easily modifiable end-product.
Mark Guzman
Founder
Mark has over a decade of experience in fast growth companies, where he was almost always tasked with building out a revenue operations function and team from the ground up. From finance, to manufacturing, and life sciences tech, Mark’s wide range of industry experience has allowed him to develop a uniquely varied toolbox. Mark holds a B.A. in Government and Economics from Harvard University and a certificate in Quantitative Methods for Finance from Columbia University.
